Sole Source Contract Solution Federal Acquisition Regulations allow Federal Agencies to sole source unlimited contract value work to Suulutaaq as an ANC owned 8(a) company.  This allows federal clients to negotiate turnkey design-build services and control better the quality and cost of the finished project than a traditional design-bid-build process project. Suulutaaq will work as a partner with the client to maximize project efficiencies and incorporate ideas from the client, engineer and contractor into a final cost effective solution.
